Refund policy

We do not offer refunds for canceled orders. Requests to reschedule or exchange your order should be directed to reservations@state.co.us at least two weeks before the start of your rental or program. Exchanges and rescheduled dates are subject to availability.

Damages and issues with rented materials
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the items in your order are damaged when we receive them at the conclusion of your rental period, you may be charged up to $500 to replace the damaged item(s). Additionally, you may be charged a late return fee of up to $150, plus mileage if History Colorado staff become responsible for retrieving your rented items.
